How Does This Work

The first step is to submit your inquiry via our Typeform. Ensure you take your time and be as specific as possible. After it’s submitted, My Wife and I will receive it on our end. Then we will be reaching out via text message prior to a call so we can schedule a good time to discuss your Home buying goals in Texas.

After we discuss exactly what your goals are, we will refer you over to one of our trusted Loan Officers to get you pre-qualified for a home loan. That way we know what your buying power is.

Next, after you get the good news that you have been pre-qualified. It’s time to go shopping for your New Construction Home. This is the fun part! You will tag along with us and we will visit various builders & communities that best fit your wants & needs.

Now let’s say we find the builder, community, and floor-plan that you absolutely love. It’s time to go under contract and put earnest money down! That will secure the new home and pull it off the Market.

5.

Lastly, we will be given an estimated completion date by the builders and we will get to see your home being built or finished up. (Depending on timeframe) When it is completed. We will get the opportunity to walkthrough your home with the construction manager and ensure that the job was done right.

Finally, we will receive a closing date and get the keys to your new home! Hallelujah! Praise The Lord!

If you aren’t looking for new construction and pre-owned is the route you want to take we are also able to assist you. The process is quite similar however steps 4, 5, & 6 change since we will be submitting offers instead but once we get on a consultation call we will go over the details more throughly.  We look forward to serving you and your family!
